pivdraw: Infinite Canvas Library

In December 2023, tldraw changed their license from Apache 2.0 to a proprietary license. Pivot Technologies forked the repository right before the change, at Git SHA 6bd7f4fcc97bbecda6785968c64c2814ea25452f. The pivdraw repository is based on this open-source software and continues to be licensed Apache 2.0.

We use pivdraw (which we refer to as tldraw only in pre-existing portions of the source code, but never in marketing or commercial contexts) for the React canvas used in the Pivot application. Because pivdraw is Apache 2.0 licensed and based on a preexisting monorepo, it is a seperate repository from pivot and pivot-internal. We use pivdraw by consuming it as a regular NPM package.

Whenever crediting contributors to Pivot application, it is important to credit the original tldraw project that pivdraw is based on.
