Contributing to the Engineering Handbook

All developers are expected to include EngBook updates in their pivot-internal repo PRs and make EngBook update PRs that correspond to pivot repo PRs whenever applicable.

Engbook is built with Next.js and served with Cloudflare Pages, behind Cloudflare Access to require SSO.

Inside pivot-internal, npx nx serve engbook to run locally.
